We are happy to exchange sizes and colours etc but shipping expenses are not refundable, and re-shipping charges would apply. We will also accept returns within 14 days from receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods returned must be unused and in original condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns, unless the return is due to manufacturing fault.
Of course, if we have made a mistake with your purchase we will pay all costs to put things right! We stand behind the quality of all of our products.
If your goods do not arrive in satisfactory condition and have been damaged or have a manufacturing fault then Time for Kids will do one of the following:
(a) replace the goods or arrange the supply of equivalent goods;
(b) repair the goods;
(c) reimburse payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
In all cases Time for Kids shall not be liable in respect of any claim by the Customer unless complaint is made within 14 days of the date of delivery of goods and before they are opened or put into use.
In the event of any complaint arising in respect of goods delivered, the complained goods are to be returned to Time for Kids for inspection.
